5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement. Motion Felt Media retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All tools, methodologies, and proprietary processes used to create the deliverables remain the intellectual property of Motion Felt Media.
6. Limitation of Liability
Motion Felt Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Motion Felt Media for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms

Refund Policy

2. Service Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your position in our production schedule. This deposit covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation that begins immediately upon booking. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in your service agreement or proposal.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before any substantive work has commenced (typically within 48 hours of booking), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. To cancel, you must submit a written cancellation request to hi@motionfeltmedia.com.
4. Cancellation During Active Project
If you choose to cancel after project work has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis according to the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. The specific calculation method will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically:

Discovery and strategy phase (0-25% completion): 75% refund of remaining balance

5. Completed Deliverables
Once a deliverable has been completed and delivered to you, it is non-refundable. This includes final designs, developed websites, brand assets, and any other materials specified as final deliverables in your service agreement.
6. Revision and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the initial direction, we offer revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final result before final payment is due.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing. For bank transfers and digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
8. Chargeback Policy
